On the one hand I LOVE THIS SONG because its saying ‘take ALL the shit thats EVER happened to you and LET IT GO’

So basically (my interpretation): ‘oi bitch - chin up, move the fuck on! Because while you’re holding on to your past - you’re stuck IN the past. you need to let all this shit go or you can’t move on to better things and you can’t be happy’

On the other hand this song just makes me cry so much more because Im like *big dramatic cry snort, singing along to the following lyrics*
